Problem Statements

  • The initial UI lacked modern design standards, causing navigation inefficiencies and a disconnect with user expectations.
  • Key functionalities such as job postings, time tracking, and project management required optimization to align with industry standards and enhance user efficiency.
  • Existing workflows and interfaces did not fully meet accessibility best practices, limiting the app's usability for diverse user groups.
  • User experiences across mobile and desktop platforms were inconsistent, leading to confusion and reduced engagement.
  • Features such as estimate creation, messaging, and payment portals did not fully address user needs or offer competitive advantages compared to industry leaders.
  • The email onboarding process failed to convert leads effectively, necessitating a redesign to improve user acquisition.

Key Contributions:

  • Introduced an AI Job Post Generator to streamline job postings, enabling clients to create customizable job posts in seconds.
  • Enhanced chat features and proposal tips to guide clients through the platform, making the hiring process smoother and more intuitive.
  • Applied usability heuristics to restructure the website architecture for better navigation and functionality.
  • Designed wireframes for various Project Management System (PMS) features tailored for professional users.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with UI designers to ensure brand consistency across interfaces
  • Prototyped SaaS web services and conceptualized the Moodboard Creation App to enhance user journeys.
  • Redesigned and refined email onboarding content using UX writing, increasing customer acquisition metrics.
